BITTER GOURD
Bitter Gourd (kerala) and Carrot are considered good for health,
its important that we should include them in our diet. Bitter gourd should be
consumed once a day after meal, with 1 tablespoon of bitter gourd
juice with a mixture of methi dana this should be crushed properly,
including one tablespoon of milk.
CARROT
In order to have good healthy skin and eye-sight one should drink
2 glasses of carrot juice daily. This will not only give us glowing skin but
also improve our eye-sight.
